We are currently hiring Client Service Representatives with at least 1-2 years of experience in either veterinary medicine or the hospitality industry. We’re looking for personable receptionists that are interested in making their own schedule, maintaining a great work-life balance, and taking charge of their careers!
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, clerical duties related to veterinary care and treatment, processing invoices and payments, directing incoming calls and coordinating communication between doctors, technicians, and clients, providing miscellaneous support to the veterinary team, etc.
