Thank you for your Interest in becoming a Secret Shopper for Veterinary System Services, Inc. VSS is a company dedicated to helping the veterinary industry rise to the next level. We work with a wide variety of animal health practices, all endeavoring to improve their service. This is where we need your help.

A Client Practice near you would like to find out how well they are doing and how they can improve. If your application is accepted, we are willing to pay you for your opinion to that end. There are a few things you need to understand before you complete this application.

Though we are discerning about who we work with, please do your own investigation into the veterinary practice and Doctors of Veterinary Medicine in question. We make no endorsements or claims of knowledge to the quality of medicine or care provided by our Client Practice. You should only move forward if the DVM and veterinary practice are choices you would make for the health care of your pet.

VSS is here to provide a professional service all around. We will protect your identity so that you can speak freely about your experience. We value your opinion and want to hear what you think beyond the initial scope of our questions.

Lastly, we reimburse for the services once the evaluation process is done. We will not pay out until the shoppers have their reviews completed and turned in. Please make sure that you have the funds to properly pay the Client Practice for the entire cost of your visit at the time of service, for all services, and can afford that until your reimbursement and compensation are delivered to you.

By filling out this application you authorize VSS to investigate your background and statements made during the application process as may be necessary in order to determine if you and your pet are a good fit for this opportunity. You also understand that this is not an application of employment.
